How do I activate my subscription?

1. Log in using your user name and your password.
2. Click on "Subscriptions" in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen.  
3. Here, you can then assign all of your subscriptions to your account. For this, please enter your subscription number and your access code. Your access code consists of a combination of pw and your subscription number.
   Example: The subscription number is 987654. The access code is pw987654.

How do I sign up?

1. Once on the homepage, click on "Login".
2. Now click on "Register" in the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen.
3. After you fill out the form, click on "Register" and check your entries. If they are correct, click on "Register now".
4. A confirmation mail is then sent to the provided E-mail address (please provide a valid E-mail address). Click on the link in the E-mail and confirm your registration.
5. You’ll then receive an E-mail with your user name and password. Your registration is then complete.

Why is the registration or login not working? Why do I always come back to the login page?

For this function, cookies and JavaScript are required. To register, you must allow your browser to accept cookies and JavaScript must be activated.

How can I activate JavaScript?

In order to enjoy optimal use of our services, please enable JavaScript in your browser.

In order to activate JavaScript, please follow these steps:

Microsoft Internet Explorer:
Click on Tools within the top menu bar. Select Internet Options and then select the Privacy tab. Set the level to Middle.

Mozilla Firefox:
Choose the menu option Tools and select the menu item Options. Choose the Content section and then select “Enable JavaScript”. Press OK to save the settings.

Safari:
Select Safari from the top menu options. Choose Preferences, and then select Security. Select the checkbox next to Enable JavaScript. Click on OK to save settings.

How can I activate Cookies?

In order to enjoy optimal use of our services, please enable the usage and acceptance of Cookies in your browser. This is necessary so that some of our services such as the Login will function. 

In order to enable Cookies:

Microsoft Internet Explorer:
Click on Tools within the top menu bar. Select Internet Options and then select the Privacy tab. Set the level to Middle.

Click on Tools within the menu bar and select Options. Click on Privacy in the top panel of available options. Select the option to Accept Cookies. Click on OK to save settings.

Safari:
Go to the Safari drop-down menu and then select Preferences. Click on the Security tab. Select the option Accept Cookies. Click on OK to save.
